For sale from the first owner: this heavily built, low-maintenance, comfortable Van Vossen trawler.
In close consultation with Van Vossen and the owners, the drawings for an open cockpit motor yacht were adjusted and scaled up on a number of points, and this is how the Van Vossen AA Bank was created. Pollard Jachtbouw supplied the ready-to-sail hull, and the finishing was done by the owners themselves in collaboration with various technical subcontractors. The saloon was paneled with DKS panels, white-painted panel was used in the lower part of the yacht. To optimize living on board, large tanks and separate tanks were chosen for heating, heavy PUR foam insulation (7 cm in the hull, 5 cm in the superstructure), central heating, and an appearance with as little maintenance as possible. Consumption at 7 knots is approximately 4 liters per hour. From a constructive point of view, CE-B is also quite possible, because of the choice for housing, the current owners have not opted for this - recertification is possible. A number of (navigation) components, the anchor windlass and the (unused) Schenker watermaker have never been connected. This can still be arranged in consultation.
The yacht is also equipped with: fixed bulwark for safe walking all around, semi-circular stairs sunk in the hull to bathing platform, fixed semi-circular bench seat on the aft deck with integrated outside steering position for a good overview, large storage hatch in the aft deck, large access hatch to the engine room, but also a watertight door to the engine room, stainless steel sea railing all around with entry on both sides, large lock holes for the discharge of spray water, 2 x escape / ventilation hatch in the bow (mounted opposite for all weather conditions), searchlight, stainless steel anchor plate, folding mast, 3 sets of double bollards on each side (for , middle, rear), Victron BMV-501 battery monitor, tank gauges for diesel, drinking water, and waste water, cockpit cover with large windows, doors (with double glazing) to the open cockpit, anti-burglary strip on the entrance door, Honeywell thermostat for the central heating, very large quality kitchen with soft close drawers.
You are welcome 7 days a week at Elburg Yachting for questions and/or to make an appointment.
