As a valued customer, you can always rely on us. Now the Netherlands is struck hard by the outbreak of the Coronavirus, we realize how important it is that you can count on us during this period. We understand that you may be hesitant to visit Elburg Yachting.

We can assure you that we have taken every precaution to protect your health, that of your loved ones and our employees.

We would like to explain which steps we have taken to guarantee our services. Our entire organization follows the guidelines of the RIVM and the GGD. This means, among other things, that we greet without physical contact and keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other and you. In our office and grounds we pay extra attention to complying with the hygiene procedures. This includes extra cleaning measures for the counter, door handles, sales vessels and reception area. We also observe all precautions when working on your vessel.

Obviously, we strictly monitor that employees stay at home with complaints of the common cold, cough, sore throat and / or fever. In this way we remain able to deliver our trusted service.

We are available in various ways if you cannot or do not want to come to our sales office. Our employees are available online and are happy to help you with questions. This can be done in various ways; by phone, but also by email or WhatsApp. In addition, our full range of yachts and services can be found on our website. If you have mild symptoms of a cold or fever, we kindly ask you not to visit our company and to postpone it to a later safe date.

In our history we have faced many challenges. By putting our customers at the center of our activities, we have always come out stronger. With that commitment in mind, we are confident that we will overcome these challenges together with you.

We find these measures very annoying, of course, but we will continue to do our best to provide you with the service you have come to expect from us. We ask you to understand if processes and / or contacts are delayed or differ from what you are used to from us.
