This robust steel round-bilged motor yacht with hydraulic fin stabilizers, elegant flaired bow, high and covered side decks is unique in its kind. The design was by Han van Vossen and built by the Bendie shipyard in Katwijk aan de Maas as the Bendie Impressive 1800 model. The transom is round with a hydraulic staircase in the middle that provides access to the bathing platform and the engine room with two 6 cylinder Vetus Deutz engines. The engine room is also accessible from inside. This boat is designed very exclusively as a demonstration ship and finished with high-quality materials such as leather upholstery, marble tops and a walnut interior with solid frames. The wood has been treated with a Hardwax Oil from Osmo that gives a beautiful matte tint and makes maintenance very easy. There is underfloor heating throughout the ship, which also contributes to comfort. Due to the spacious layout of the saloon/wheelhouse and the bedroom, the ship is ideal for long journeys and stays on board with great living comfort. Two full-fledged 2-person cabins of which the very spacious owner's cabin with en-suite bathroom guarantees a good night's sleep. The guest cabin at the front of the ship also has a spacious bed with television. A very small third cabin with bunk beds is used as storage space. Because the saloon and aft deck are on one level, an enormous living space is created. In winter, the cockpit tent closes the entire aft deck, creating extra insulation and living space. For warm summer days there are sun screens around the salon and also around the aft deck with fixed cockpit benches and seat cushions. The side decks are wide, making it easy to pass for example when mooring. The clearance height with the mast up is approximately 6.20 m and with the mast folded approximately 5.20 m. Intensive maintenance has been carried out in recent years. The electrical installation has been largely adapted and renewed with: Victron solar panels 4x360W, almost new 8 x 200 Ah Hoppecke Xstreem batteries and all associated control equipment. The list of household (Bosch) and technical equipment is too long to list here. It is a pleasure to launch the dinghy using the large (later added) hydraulically submersible bathing platform with the Brig Eagle 380 + 50hp Mercury. The headroom in the engine room, or rather machine room, is exceptional. You will enjoy making a daily inspection tour here and see at a glance that all technology is in order. During the 600 NM journey to France, the total consumption of both engines was 1120 liters. This means 1 liter. per km. which can be called very economical. This ship has a CVO certificate valid until March 17, 2031! This Bendie Impressive 1800 is now offered and can be viewed at her current mooring in Brittany, France on freshwater. The ship is expected in our sales harbor in Elburg in June this year, but is immediately available from France upon consultation. For questions and/or making an appointment, you are welcome 7 days a week at Elburg Yachting.
