Pollard 50 Sedan - Stabilizers

Offered by the first owner, this 2013 Pollard 50 Sedan. The hull was build by Pollard Jachtbouw and finished in-house at the owners shipyard. The ship is fully CE-B certified. Notable details include the beautiful flared bow, the very solid round bilged joggled hull, the two integrated spud poles, and the complete technical equipment allowing for extended autonomous stays on the water. Step aboard via the two integrated access doors in the fixed bulwark at the aft deck. A foldable ladder from the aft deck provides access to the bathing platform or stepping from board. An elegant oval railing runs around, offering safe walking on the deck. The cockpit is partially covered and equipped with lighting. The cockpit bench features a removable cushion set and integrated lockers. The cockpit floor houses the access hatch to a spacious storage compartment in the aft section and a passageway to the engine room. The wheelhouse is accessed via two folding, varnished wood doors which, when opened, seamlessly connect the cockpit and the wheelhouse. The aft window can be lowered electrically for even more contact with the outside. The wheelhouse features a comfortable U-shaped bench and two swivel, electrically adjustable helmsmen's chairs for the captain and his co-pilot. A lift-mounted TV and refrigerator are present. The dashboard at the helm is well-organized and provides all necessary boat and sailing information immediately. The space below deck is openly connected to the wheelhouse, allowing plenty of natural light into the galley and dinette. Midships, on the port side, is a 2-person guest cabin, and on the starboard side, additional cupboard space, a freezer, and a washer-dryer combination. Towards the bow, the shower and toilet are located on the starboard and port sides, separated. Situated forward is the 2-person owner's cabin, featuring a spacious French bed and ample closet space. This Pollard 50 Sedan is equipped with: Large electric sunroof in the wheelhouse, fly screen door, two solar panels, dishwasher, dry exhaust with keel cooling, WiFi router (SIM card not included).
